As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be tasked with ensuring we meet the clients needs. We expect that you will use your full knowledge and skills to design, build, and maintain reliable lines of code, but also help develop the strategic plan for projects, and leave your mark to one of our most complex and enterprise projects.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering with Java,
- You possess the ability to write and maintain understandable technical documentation,
- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems,
- Knowledge of 3+ years React,
- Ability to understand, recognize and properly implement software design principles and patterns,
- Ability to understand and use Object-Relational Mapper (ORM) frameworks,
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies,
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Software development lifecycle process,
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
- Strong desire to stay on top of the latest developments in web technologies
Nice to have:
- Consistency in the application of standards and processes
- AWS or Azure Certificates
- Interest or experience in generative AI, search/information retrieval systems, and machine learning (e.g. LangChain, OpenAI).
