About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our IT Team at Ramp! You will build out onboarding processes, mature our SaaS/IAM Infrastructure, and set the team on a path to success as we scale. Additionally, you will manage our SaaS tools and provide guidance on our growing tech stack. You will own small to medium sized projects and assist with the roadmap as we plan quarterly. The role will require cross-functional work with your partners in HR, Legal, and Security.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a Tier 2 escalation for support requests from tickets, email, and Slack
- Take ownership of small and large projects, working with various internal/external teams to accomplish goals
- Admin various SaaS tools, including working with our vendors collaboratively
- Build out sustainable onboarding/offboarding processes with future scale in mind
- Provide technical mentorship to junior staff, and creating technical documentation where applicable
- Push the team to industry best practices and drive change
- Be and advocate for our users, understand their challenges, and look to remove blockers
- Make data driven, empathetic decisions, and take a holistic collaborative approach to decision making
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in an enterprise size organization
- Strong knowledge in enterprise infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Kandji, and various other modern SaaS tools
- Strong attention to detail and execution oriented
- Deep understanding of Identity Access Management, managing user/role access

- Experience in high growth startups
- Google Certified Professional Collaboration Engineer
- Experience managing macOS/Windows in hybrid/remote environments
- Slack Certified Admin
- Okta Certified Professional
- GAM/GAM ADV-X experience
