Kelly Technology is looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager – Remote Consultant. This position is open with our client, one of the leading medical devices company, operating globally.

JOB OVERVIEW
This role reports to IT Director
Combination of IT Solution Architect and Project/Delivery Manager
- Build trusted and effective relationships with business partners and facilitate improved communication between IT departments to deliver software applications.
- Follow up project executions along with the Solution Architect and PMO team
- Lead technology portfolio management, backlog management, pre-project planning, cost estimation, investment management, and business relationship management.
- Support capital expense planning / managing IT resources & Vendors.
- Keep and manage a backlog of task, assignment, and participating on IT meetings to support IT Director.
- Communicate with different IT department to track solutions implementation status.
- Facilitate changes to business plans from decisions driven out of governance boards, councils, and committees.
- Maintain accuracy of information by documenting the key attributes of every application aligned to the portfolio, especially functional scope definition and active use cases served by the application
- Assist the business in matching the right technology solutions to Corporate business plans in a way that aligns with the business planning cycles of the business.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES
- Experience in delivering/ managing projects related to implementing ERP Cash-to-Order
- Experience in managing implementation/upgrades/enhancements of JDE (JD Edwards) or SAP
- Experience / Knowledge in Salesforce.com as CRM Platform
- Experience in managing implementation/delivery of MuleSoft platform, or at least understanding of this technology
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT Management / Project Management
- Strong management and task completion experience is required
- Strong understanding of IT operating models and experience working with multiple teams to develop strategies and deliver solutions
- Proven history of successfully managing business relationships
- Highly developed strategic planning skills
- Proven leadership experience, including knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others
- Experience working in different software procurement and deployment methodologies
PREFERRED
- Knowledge of SAP, JDE financial solutions
- Barcode-Solutions (Big plus)
- Experience delivering projects in Amazon Connect Call Center
- Experience in managing delivery/ implementation of Call Center SaaS (Amazon Connect Call Center preferred)
- Experience in Software Architecture or Solution development
- Pharma or Biotech or Med Devices Industry experience in relevant roles.
