Position Summary
Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible to gather business requirements, understand, analyze, document business requirements and drive improvments into the business processes to deliver high quality service to Rimnini Street. This position will play a key role as a liaison between business groups and IT applications teams to develop & enhance custom portals using LCAP technologies such as Mendix.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- The Senior IT Business Analyst will perform detailed requirements analysis with ability to articulate & document business processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ability to abstract business issue and using data analysis techniques determine the root cause and possible solutions.
- Working in a team with developers, business users, this position will identify and promote best practices and processes for business analysis.
- Evaluate business processes, develop User stories for development team and implement solutions.
- Effectively communicate the business insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful stories & reports.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Take initiative to drive automation, analytics and reporting.
- Drive solutions that lead efficiency, standardization and minimization of redundancy in the existing processes.
- Conduct analysis on the data residing in various systems and determine how it can be integrated & used to improve business processes.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivelant experience.
Location
- Remote – U.S.
Experience
- 8 – 10 Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst directly working with Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT business groups
Skills
- Experience in LCAP technologies like Mendix, Salesforce, Outsystems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong creative problem solving skills.
