In the role of Senior IAM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the initiative to enhance Data Visualization, reporting, KPI s and data analytics across the IAM organization, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build, own, and maintain Data modelling and Analytics to create new solutions and provide critical support to the operations and decision making of the IAM organization.

This critical role will provide the foundation required to become a data driven organization and achieve the overall compliance needs of Citizens.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and consolidating data sources for improved reporting and analytics across IAM organization
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to design and build key metrics, reports, dashboard and capabilities for effective execution of business goals and roadmaps.
  • Using data to identify action items and drive change.
  • Conducting analysis using advanced data mining and data visualization tools like Tableau to support IAM risk management, operations and governance teams to optimize efficiency.
  • Creating Ad Hoc reports for providing insight for day to day strategic business decisions, audit and to provide insight to determine operational impact, trends and opportunities.
  • Leading and mentoring junior analyst, and the execution of projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • 4 years of data analytics and statistical modeling experience
  • Proven experience with data visualization using Tableau, Metabase, SQL or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases
  • Experience mapping and automating authoritative data sources to real time metrics dashboards.
  • Ability to make complex data sets more understandable through data models and dashboards
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail
  • Preferred data governance and audit experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, GLBA, Payment Security, NIST) preferred
  • Self-starter with the initiative to self-manage and mentor others
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Clear and honest communicator adept at communication and negotiation skills to effect organizational change to align with IAM roadmap and strategies

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISACA or other relevant security certifications are a plus

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
