Backed by some of the best investors, sports properties and operators in the world, we are integrating with Fanatics’ global digital sports platform which includes 900 sports relationships and more than 81 million reachable fans – to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.

The Topps Digital Apps & NFTs group is looking for an extremely creative and resourceful Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing/User Acquisition team. In this role, the designer will spearhead the creation and production of marketing assets as they pertain to digital advertising campaigns, marketing communications, social media content, email marketing, website, print collateral, and experiential event graphic needs.

Will report to the Director of Marketing but will work closely with the greater marketing team and Creative Director to coordinate planned refreshes of ad creatives, app store product pages, social media profiles, and email templates. This individual will also work directly with the app content teams to create marketing communication assets for social media, in-app messaging, newsletters, and other community-facing placements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and producing marketing assets static banners, GIFs, short-form videos, etc. for campaigns across multiple IPs in sports and entertainment
  • Producing eye-catching trade show and industry event print collateral and booth graphics
  • Creating IAM (in-app message) templates to be used to promote limited-time, holiday and special event offers
  • Creating social media graphics to spur community engagement
  • Generating visually appealing and easily digestible newsletter graphic content
  • Creating presentation decks for new IP pitches, app store featuring and event recaps
  • Collaborating on creative ad refresh concepts and storyboarding long-form video ads
  • Creating & updating app store screens and accompanying product page imagery

Background:

  • Familiarity with major sports leagues (MLB, NHL, MLS, UCL), players, teams, etc. as well as major entertainment properties (Star Wars, Marvel, Disney), actors, characters, and storylines
  • 5 years graphic design experience at sports, entertainment, app developer, or tech company is preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), and Figma/Sketch
  • Experience creating App Store product page assets is a strongly preferred
  • Experience with web design (UX/UI), wireframe creation, Figma is recommended
  • Experience managing junior designers or freelancers is recommended
  • Familiarity with app performance marketing metrics views, clicks, CTR’s (click-thru-rates), retention, CPI’s (cost-per-install), CPM’s, IAP’s, etc. is a plus
  • Strong pulse on latest design trends, styles and out-of-the box creative
  • Ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines and short turnaround times
