Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to work with one of our St. Louis based clients. Position is fully remote and candidate can be located anywhere in the continental United States. Candidate should be able to work CST hours. We are looking for someone who likes to work in a collaborative team environment to deliver for the client.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Support project manager in keeping track of report development progress and associated development metrics

  • Utilize Access database to pull crucial reporting information and transform this data into insights for leadership
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on status of data issues, UAT progress, training feedback
  • Track report development status within Azure Dev Ops
  • Open JIRA tickets for data gaps discovered during report development and track these gaps to resolution
  • Send reports to UAT, serve as intermediary between developers and business users to address issues, and ensure UAT process is completed as soon as possible
  • Support BI by sending ad hoc communications to the business as needed (e.g. system is down, data feed failed, dashboard is unavailable)
  • Assist in the requests or coordination with BI as business users need access to data or reports
  • Provides junior project management support as needed

  • Testing experience (including User Acceptance Testing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow for effective communication with client team and the business
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills


Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $52K-$105K*
