Your role
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, youll be a part of a team dedicated to providing enhanced engineering support to our Strategic Account Customers. Youll pursue continuous improvement to help Mindbody achieve its mission: Powering the worlds fitness and wellness businesses and connecting them with more consumers, more effectively, than anyoneelse.
You’ll likely spend time workingon
- Collaborating closely with customers to solve their specific challenges.
- Providing consultation, system design, and troubleshooting issues.
- Offering technical assistance and expertise in software development, data engineering,and creative problem solving.
- Post-Sales support and technical assistance, and potentially assisting in pre-salesactivities.
