- Pay Rate: Up to $82.00 per hour depending on location
- Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00 (flexible start/end times)
- Duration: Contract to Possible Hire
- Location: Remote (Must be EST or CST). Onsite optional in PA.
What’s a typical day as a Senior Experience Designer? You’ll be:
- Working in Agile environment i.e scrums, sprints, reviews, planning etc.
- Working collaboratively with other designers
- Creating low and high fidelity designs in Sketch
- Working on building pattern libraries
- Thinking through use cases, user journeys
- Engaging in meetings with stakeholders to present designs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision
- Experience working in Agile atmosphere
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira / Trello
- Experience using tools like Figma, MyBalsamiq, Axure (preferred)
- Experience with UX research (preferred)
- Html / CSS / JS skills (preferred)
- Strong UI design and communication skills
- Strong responsive / web / mobile design skills
- Experience designing for e-commerce and/or software
- Experience with creating pattern libraries and style guides
- Startup/agency experience (preferred)
