Overview

This role will be responsible for leading solutions integrity product management, which given the enhanced focus by customers on IGT to provide safe and secure solutions, this position will lend the vital expertise within the product and services organization to drive future development and adoption of system products.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Lead product safety related input into VLT RFP’s and Casino System opportunity responses and discussions to increase win rate
  • Drive the migration of VLT and Casino Systems to a managed service, service revenue-based model business
  • Effectively communicate to customer executives (CEO, CIO’s, etc.) the IGT Security wholistic strategy and posture with regards to IGT products and services consolidated with corporate InfoSec Policy, IT Policy, Product, and Operational processes

Product Management

  • Liaison between Product and IGT Global Security and Internal IT to ensure that IGT’s products are implemented industry integrity standards
  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of safe products
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept to release, with a focus on software defense
  • Oversight of regulatory requirements and standards, ensuring products meet all necessary compliance criteria
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in secure software practices

Strategy

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for safe software products that align with business goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive the development of secure software solutions

Work Location:

This is a hybrid role based in our Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada offices, or can be fully remote if you reside in the US.
