What will you be doing:
The purpose of this position is to develop, communicate and implement the strategic direction and leadership on product, processes, and organizational needs and direct the strategic complexities of integration, portfolio of products, size, makeup, distribution of team. Leads the effort to develop, maintain, govern, and evolve the TheraDoc product family to meet long-term enterprise needs. This position will establish the vision, strategy, and guiding principles for the team; make the tough decisions to keep the teams focused and productive; challenge the status quo and remove obstacles for the team.
- Develop, operate and drive scalable, resilient, ERP platform to address the business requirements
- Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to drive Agile delivery of both existing and new offerings. Help manage and unify multiple initiatives to build a foundational, shared platform and upgrade the technology stack
- Partner with Security, support teams and other parts of the engineering organization to deliver value quickly. Collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful product outcomes
- Enable business to build assets and drive adoption of new features in low time to market and low total cost of ownership
- Lead a high performing team of Engineering Leaders and Engineers
- Partner with third party vendors on delivering features across multiple products using a global delivery model
