Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

NCSA College Recruiting, part of IMG Academy family of brands, is seeking a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for all things digital to drive growth. The Senior Digital Strategist should have comprehensive experience in digital strategy and analysis across consumer channels, such as social media marketing, SEO/CRO, content strategy, email strategy and consumer promotions. This role is tasked with developing solutions to meet brand objectives based on consumer insight and data. The Senior Digital Strategist should have hands-on experience with back-end user tracking technologies, attribution analysis and reporting. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, channel best practices and consumer needs.

In partnership with the VP of Marketing, the Senior Digital Strategist is responsible for developing holistic brand and digital marketing strategy, as well as the ongoing management, continuity, and execution of those strategies to meet business and brand goals. This person is proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, and collaborative. The Senior Digital Strategist will be a leader on NCSAs growing marketing team, cross-functionally driving digital and social plans.

  • Audit marketing strategy, digital assets, and consumer insights.
  • Work closely with VP of Marketing to develop a web presence architecture and online marketing strategy to coordinate all relevant digital channels and tactics (i.e. websites, content marketing, networking on social media, e-commerce, search and social advertising, SEO, marketing automation, apps, media/blogger outreach, etc.) into one actionable plan.
  • Oversee implementation and execution of strategies across channels in coordination with marketing managers including social media, content, email automation and website.
  • Perform detailed desktop research on sports recruiting, sports development and education space.
  • De-construct competitive best practices in digital marketing and create benchmarks.
  • Define web architecture detailing what sites and social assets the brand will maintain and develop
  • Work closely with the various specialists and agency partners involved with the implementation and management of our digital strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to use digital technology to enhance overall marketing mix: product, price, place, or promotion.
  • Research, analyze, and report on related areas, such as market research, target segmentation, user journey, and brands strategy structure and present recommendations


  • 10+ years of hands-on progressive digital marketing experience in a complex high growth business
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in digital media, email marketing and website optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, WordPress, SEO, CRO, and social platforms required
  • Significant experience managing website content, technical infrastructure, and/or content management systems
  • Knowledge of website design, html, search and social advertising, URL architecting, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce
  • 6+ years of experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing multifaceted integrated digital campaigns and managing owned properties
  • An analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Proven performance in marketing strategies to target, engage, and acquire audiences
  • Spirit of curiosity and how stuff works. Highly proactive
  • Has successful track record of project and people management
  • Exhibits meticulous organizational and influencing skills
  • Agency or in-house digital/e-commerce experience
  • Mastery of brand marketing principles, such as target segmentation, category, value proposition, positioning, consumer insights, and brand strategy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership skills
  • Strong detail orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of sports industries; Passionate athlete or sports fan a plus!

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position, based on various factors, including budget and industry data. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, robust benefits, growth and developmental opportunities, and other offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$120,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$176,000 annually
