Job Description

MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to join a high-performing team responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the company’s Digital Marketing Initiatives.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Sr. Director, Customer & Consumer Experience, and work intimately with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Ecommerce business areas to execute customer acquisition and 1:1 relationship marking strategies.

The selected candidate must be located in the continental United States and available to conduct business in the Eastern or Central time zones.


  • Collaborate with internal business partners as a Center of Excellence (CoE) to design, build and execute content marketing and branded social media campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, 1:1 relationship marketing, social media and display advertising
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints to optimize the design, UX, content and lead generation
  • Responsible for continually brainstorming new and creative growth strategies and managing execution through cross-functional business and technical teams
  • Measure and report on website performance and marketing effectiveness of digital campaigns across all channels and assess against goals (KPIs, ROI, ROAS, etc.)
  • Optimize spend and content performance through continual A/B and multivariate testing, analytical insights and digital trends
  • Project managing through a full lifecycle, including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and partner support companywide
  • Maintain governance over Company’s social pages and oversee Reputation Management program
  • Perform routine competitive benchmarking across digital and social channels to understand the Company’s share of voice, relative performance in the market and identify new opportunities
  • Understand brand objectives and translate them into strategic, creative digital approaches & tactics

Technical Expertise & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years leadership experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, 1:1 relationship marketing, social media and display advertising
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Direct to Consumer Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager or relevant digital experience platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels through A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in creating, managing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics or other website analytics tools
  • General understanding of applicable data privacy practices and laws in US and CA
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of various brands
