DocuSign is in need of a Sr. Digital Experience Designer to drive the visual design of our marketing and commerce experiences. In this position, you will weave our brand with data and research to create and implement a best-in-world experience for our visitors, users, and customers. You’ll work closely with the design team and cross-department Marketers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Program Management to deliver quality work that drives business results. You’ll be hands-on in crafting a new and better visual experience across all of DocuSign’s digital touch points.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Creative Director and is designated Flex.
Responsibilities
- Design seamless digital marketing and commerce experiences for DocuSign visitors, users, and customers
- Contribute to the design vision across worldwide DocuSign digital properties
- Deliver wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes
- Use quantitative and qualitative data, along with other insights, to drive innovation and quick iteration
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills to drive design presentations and design vision discussions with stakeholders across the organization
- Contribute to the development and implementation of DocuSign’s design system as it applies to all digital touchpoints
- Keep up-to-date with digital technology, proposing new technologies and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team
Basic qualifications
- BFA or Bachelors degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- 8+ years of experience specializing in experience design for the web
Preferred qualifications
- Possesses an understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Demonstrate solid understanding of UX/UI and responsive design
- Functional knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and other design tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and bring out the best in the design team
- Working knowledge of contributing to, and implementing visual designs based on design systems
- Can prototype animations, interactions, and hover states
- Experience working with CMS-driven websites
- Comfort collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, and determining tradeoff options
- Comfortable drafting some copy such as headlines
- Know and use current web standards for desktop and mobile
Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $118,200 – $146,800 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
