Description

The Senior Designer is highly collaborative creative and responsible for supporting the successful management of multiple small projects to large initiatives across marketing mediums (digital, direct response, print, social, web and email) for our Safeco and Liberty Mutual Business Lines brands.
Responsibilities
- Master our brand guidelines regarding design, look, feel, tone, and standards, but still have the ability to expand those aspects while staying true to the brand’s visual framework.
- Immerse yourself in the needs of our Agent Experience marketing partners to provide insight-driven creative, project oversight, and education on the value of creative as it relates to key goals and KPIs.
- Engage in simultaneous projects from inception to completion, reviewing strategic plans, concepts, and deliverables.
- Work with Internal Business Leaders, Copper Giants Project Managers, Operations, and Copper Giants Leadership to support process improvements to meet project and team needs.
- Concept development for independent agent-focused campaigns across multiple platforms/mediums (email, web, social).
- Partner with copywriters, program owners and project managers to develop concepts for independent agent-focused projects and campaigns across multiple platforms/mediums (email, web, social).
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in digital, social, collateral, and email creation.
- Experience in UX design, vector illustration, and animation are a plus.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and strategy skills.
- Able to work well under time constraints.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor`s Degree in Fine Arts, design, film, or some other visual creative discipline preferred.
- Insurance or financial experience is of interest, but not 100% required.
