Senior Demand Generation Manager

Reporting to R365’s Director, Demand Generation, the Senior Manager, Demand Generation will lead a team responsible for implementing successful digital marketing programs, account-based marketing, third party advertising, and content syndication efforts to drive more net new opportunities for our sales team.

How you’ll add value:

  • Create and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Responsible for ideation, execution, and reporting for all paid media campaigns including Google, Bing, LinkedIn,
  • Facebook, Instagram YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Growth Experiments: Implement a process to ideate, prioritize, and execute ongoing growth experiments with the goal of both discovering new tactics and optimizing existing programs.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Become the marketing expert on the marketing and sales funnel, keep track of conversion rates between stages, and launch CRO experiments to drive more MQLs more efficiently
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize an ABM strategy: develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and executing
  • ABM Technology Management: Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support and implement high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations
  • Lead Acquisition and Nurturing: Develop strategies for both acquiring and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all channels including email, webinars, paid programs, content syndication, and virtual events
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Become the go-to growth expert with stakeholders from sales, product, and partnerships and proactively partner with our sales team to ensure seamless interactions for prospects after marketing hands off leads to sales
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience, particularly in a demand generation or growth related role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Expert level skills and strategy running and optimizing paid search and digital marketing campaigns (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to drive new marketing qualified leads and accounts to the sales team
  • Organization & planning: Proficient at building a scalable process to organize demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Commitment: Always follow through on executing experiments with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analytical skills: Able to evaluate results of experiments and determine appropriate action
  • Creativity/innovation: Constantly thinking of new ideas to test
  • Communication: Communicate experiment results and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Flexibility: Able to change directions quickly according to results of experiments
  • Stakeholder management: Excellent at communicating and partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels across the organization
