Humana Healthy Horizons is in search of a Senior Data and Reporting Professional who can contribute towards shaping the strategy for Floridas Long-term Care, with a focus on constructing a robust plan ready for expansion. This role involves tackling complex scenarios where data analysis necessitates a deep evaluation of variable factors. It requires consolidating data from various sources to yield desired data elements. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining reporting forms, formats, information dashboards, and other data-driven resources. The role may entail creating specifications for reports based on business needs, determining the technical strategy for project elements, and accomplishing tasks with minimal supervision while having significant discretion in setting goals and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 or more years of technical experience in data reporting.
  • 2 or more years of experience in SQL.
  • 3 or more years of experience creating automated reports and self-service tools in PowerBI.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to link to external data sources, pass-through queries, data structure and relationship design.
  • Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be enthusiastic about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in SAS and other data systems
  • Experience with QuickBase
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Guiding Care
