Lovevery is looking for a Senior Content Manager to own and help drive forward a best in class shopping experience that remains true to the Lovevery brand at a global scale. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be most successful if able to exemplify a self-starter mentality. This individual will act as the primary owner of our headless content management system (CMS) for commerce and will operate as a lead for managing a world class customer-facing experience. The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for our customer-facing web properties and will be able to successfully execute at scale while not losing sight of performance impacts of changes.

Accountabilities:
- Create and manage content for the entire web store experience including homepage and product pages, as well as net-new, customer-facing experiences, such as marketing landing page creation. Support various site updates, as needed.
- Play a lead role in supporting the onsite experience across all country stores across the US, EU, UK and AU; own and oversee translation content management and localization efforts across all markets.
- Execute a strategic marketing and merchandising calendar based on market seasonality, product launches, and key messaging and creative performance insights – in partnership with brand, product marketing and eCommerce teams.
- Support ongoing A/B testing initiatives through ongoing CRO efforts by supporting testing execution and working with tech and digital teams to get winning experiences into production.
- Ensure flawless execution of major site campaign periods through content and copy refreshes that are thoughtfully planned out at a global level.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams on future state needs for CMS by clearly articulating the need for new components or CMS functionality that support business and roadmap objectives; leading with a mobile-first mindset.
- Define and streamline content management workflows and prioritization process for getting content updated onsite in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Closely monitor any bugs onsite and work directly with tech & digital teams to drive quick resolution.
- Act as the last-touch for all customer-facing content with thorough QA efforts and operate with a high sense of urgency for remedying any issues.
- Own and maintain near-term CMS platform migration project efforts, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
- Strength in working with remote and global teammates with proven success in collaborative problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks at one time through excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competencies in project management tools such as JIRA and Asana
- Proven ability to work in platforms with minimal documentation and ability to self-train
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work and remain adaptable and work quickly and accurately in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with working collaboratively as well as an individual contributor
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in an eCommerce or integrated marketing role
- 3+ years working in a content management system (CMS) that supports eCommerce is a must; experience working with a headless CMS is preferred.
- Experience working with localization and translation content strongly preferred
- Experience working with product catalogs (PIM) and digital asset management (DAM) systems preferred
- Experience in working with additional eCommerce integration platforms (ie. Digioh, 3rd party CMS integrations) a plus

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
