Job Overview:
As the Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll have an immediate and remarkable impact. You’ll execute our Social Media strategy and take the lead in planning, developing, executing, and optimizing compelling social-first campaigns, and enacting engagement plans to grow our presence across all channels. You’re someone who understands the trends of the moment, and you have a strong point of view on how we should show up and build community. You’re experienced working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations to achieve goals and objectives. The position sits within the Enterprise Digital Marketing & Operations team and reports to the Assistant Vice President of Social Media.
Responsibilities:
- Create captivating and culturally relevant day-to-day content and lead execution of campaigns (paid and organic) in a variety of formats across Social Media channels based on key audience, and channel best practices
- Be a creative catalyst and subject matter expert with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Social Media into projects and initiatives, identify the best strategies and tactics for how content and campaigns show up, understanding the nuances of each platform
- Work in partnership with Creative team to develop best-in-class Social Media content, sharpen our visual assets across all channels, and experiment with in-platform opportunities; serve as the voice and personality of the brand on Social Media, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns
- Lead engagement strategy for conversations, comments, and messages directed towards the brand
- Analyze metrics to evaluate performance, optimize strategies, and maximize engagement
- Capture video and photos in high-stakes moments (e.g. live event coverage, conferences, etc.) on iPhone to get all the right shots to tell a visual story

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing with proven experience building and executing Social Media content and campaigns that deliver big impact (reach and engagement)
- 2+ years experience in Social Media Marketing in a large matrixed company
- Experience with Social Media management tools (Sprout Social) and project management platforms (Smartsheet)

- Analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on program success
- Experience with Social Media management tools (Sprout Social) and project management platforms (Smartsheet)
- Understanding of using data to present ideas and inform strategy
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance that govern the financial services industry
