How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growthincluding compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, and tooling and engineering.This role is part of the SalesPlanning& Operations team within the E&O organization.
As a member of the Commercial Planning Program Management Office (PMO), the Senior Business Program Managerwill be responsible for working to shape, execute, and deliver key projects and programs across the MCAPS organization. You will partner with a broad set of stakeholders and senior leaders from across the organization in developing and communicating end to end visibility of key programs, resourcing requirements and constraints, key risks and issues, and other key insights relative to program performance. This opportunitywill allow you to accelerate your career growth, and develop both breadth and depth relative to MCAPS strategy and operations, while operating as a subject matter expert in project and program management.This roleis flexible in that you will beable to partner with yourManagerto define the way thatyoudlike to work, whether that is in the office or from home.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years professional experience within an enterprise level environment overseeing cross-functional projects
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) or change management certification (e.g. Prosci).
