Responsibilities
- Defining issues, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions through data analytics and business knowledge
- Developing, and maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards, etc. that drive meaningful and prompt actionable insights
- Documenting and presenting key drivers of business results as well as go forward action plans through reports and presentations
- proactively recommending process improvement opportunities to leadership
- Be responsible for carrying out complex analysis of key Human Resources datasets and conducting appropriate data validation for the Human Resources organization
- Define people data performance indicators and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for collecting data backed insights as well as tracking and managing our business
- Provide information on analytic results to Human Resource business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics
- Spot vital insights and develop the framework for reporting HR data analytics
- provide direction on maintaining databases through identifying data integrity / data conflict issues and recommended steps toward remediation.
- maintain appropriate documentation and reference materials around business intelligence solutions and systems.
- Facilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes for Human Resources
- Support Human Resources business intelligence strategies with quantitative and qualitative data analytics
- Identify HR business challenges and provide active support to leadership on completing process improvement projects
- Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, technology, computer science, preferred
- Good understanding of enterprise applications and business processes, as well as solid working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them
- Proficient in MS Package, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
- Proficient with data analytic tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Superior organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop productive relationships across all departments and all levels of the organization
- Ability to bring together different points of view, drive toward consensus, overcome barriers and move things forward
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Sound judgment and strong influence skills
