Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Brand Designer who will work closely with their interdisciplinary team of researchers, service designers and customer experience experts to identify actionable design principles, visualize and prototype transformative experiences, and co-create the path ahead for all things patient financial experience.
You will bring visual and brand design excellence to our human-centered design process and support the evolution of a patient-centric service mentality within our organization.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
- Concept and execute effective and inspiring ways to communicate patient experience initiatives and vision.
- Actively participate and provide influence in experience research and service design strategy development .
- Bring skills in design strategy, storytelling and iterative prototyping to solve user problems and develop new ideas
- Ensure that established user needs and service strategy principles have direct impact in the design of brand and communication initiatives .
- Co-create and maintain graphic standards and communication system tools for PME team.
- Enhance brand awareness, information design and visual interfaces for existing patient experience touch points.
- Ensure the integrity of, and application of, systemic and consistent visual graphic design standards.
Common deliverables will include brand identity systems, print and/or digital collateral, data visualizations, packaging, environmental design, UI design, journey maps and user ecosystems, user stories and future scenarios, interactive design presentations, internal communication templates, PME design and communication tools.
- Collaborate seamlessly with clients, project managers, and others as appropriate.
- Provides counsel and feedback to clients and other design staff as needed.
- Coordinate production as needed, including print, digital and environmental materials .
- Ability to balance projects and individual work to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes, or recommend appropriate modifications and updates to schedules .
- Study exemplars from design and other industries to learn, leverage, and hone your craft in typography, illustration, branding, as well as new technologies to support design experiences.
- Maintain and develop personal professional knowledge of design and its impact in the healthcare industry.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a closely related area.

- 5+ years experience in a commercial or institutional setting, using advanced skills in computer-based graphic design and commercial/creative production.
