Title: Senior Brand Designer
Location: Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, or Remote

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
We’re seeking a talented, organized, and strategic thinker to join our brand studio team. This person will help tell the Qualia story through a variety of channels and mediums, advocating for the brand and delivering well crafted creative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute design projects from concept to delivery, working closely with cross-functional collaborators and managing stakeholders
- Produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team, and have expert knowledge designing across print, digital and motion graphics
- Effectively communicate creative solutions and sell concepts to key stakeholders
- Help us create, maintain, and evolve our design language and design guidelines for the Qualia brand
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
- 5+ years working as a brand designer in-house, or equivalent agency experience
- Advanced skills in web design
- Proficient in either 2D or 3D illustration
- Working knowledge of motion design
- Diverse experience with visual storytelling including print design, web design, data visualization, illustrations, iconography, and event design
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once, prioritize deadlines, and move projects forward
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Thoughtful and articulate about big and small design decisions
California and Colorado Applicants: This role has a base annual salary of $125,000-$145,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
