Job Description:
Software Engineer Sr Advisor
Our mature 100% remote agile development team is looking for a Senior level Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us continue to deliver a top-quality custom web application for our Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) customers. Interested candidates should also have technical and people management experience and be interested in taking on project management responsibilities for a portion of their time.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will research, design, develop, test, and modify application software. You’ll work with other developers and business analysts to analyze user/business software system requirements and determine needs. You’ll assist with the functionality of an application and perform upgrades over time. You’ll contribute to documentation to support software development policies, standards and procedures. You will be a team leader, coach and take on increasing management responsibilities over time. You will work closely with the Technical Lead, Scrum Master and agile team members to enhance, modernize, and maintain a custom web application.
