The Opportunity:

1. Manage timely review, escalation and/or resolution of software issues to ensure the needs of the organization and the clients are met.

2. Develop and maintain a professional relationship with stakeholders to promote software engagement through best practice, education and exceptional support.

3. Serve as an escalated point of contact for the client and oversees the delivery of high level of quality service to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

4. Identifies, communicates, and works to resolves complex data quality issues.

5. Support the implementation of new technology solutions and maintain essential software operations.
