Job Description:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns to support MDDB strategic programs including Medicare Support Center, Medicare Transition Services, CareFree Insurance Services and Retail campaigns. Campaigns include direct mail, email, digital advertising, Agent events and direct to consumer.

Fundamental Components/Job Description:

Serves as an expert guide (SME) to marketing partners in implementing marketing programs and capabilities to support business goals

Responsible for pulling together technical requirements for marketing campaigns to inform list pull processes, campaign implementations (email, direct mail, web) and performance tracking of those campaigns

Works with marketing leadership to understand their marketing goals and programs and determine the appropriate implementation steps to ensure goals are met and measured

Coordinates the efforts of other subject matter experts and stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns

Develops forecasts for marketing programs leveraging analytics of past campaigns, input from Marketing leaders and experience to set campaign objectives and ensure campaigns meet objectives

Ensures data needed to optimize marketing campaigns are tracked and sets up processes and reports to measure performance against forecast and objectives

Analyzes possible solutions using expertise, judgment, and precedents. Identifies problems, secures relevant information, identifies potential causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

As a key role within MDDB s Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence team, this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate with an ability to implement and optimize marketing solutions to support CVS enabling Medicare eligible consumers to meet their health insurance needs.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

  • Minimum: 43,700
  • Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, marketing operations or marketing analytics field.

Experience in managing and optimizing marketing and digital marketing programs to drive business objectives.

Experience in translating marketing programs and objectives into implemented marketing campaigns

Experience in summarizing marketing results and presenting to management

Fully Remote; anywhere within the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large data sets to support marketing operations and analytics

Experience leveraging tools to summarize and support marketing programs (Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics)

Experience with Medicare sales, distribution or product

Education

Master s degree or MBA preferred. Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or related experience.
