Job Description:
This position is on a small team focused on reporting and analytics. This position is responsible for designing, running and administering rework reports and projects in support of the rework team. This individual will be expected to learn Alteryx and Tableau. The will use their technical skills to build and manage excel, access and Alteryx databases. The individuals will also handle routine project requests that require the use of tools to pull back claim information or rework project information. The team is highly focused on automation opportunities and rebuilding tools for our business partners that save them time.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare Knowledge
- Knowledge of Aetna claim platforms
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills (VLookup, Pivot tables, Formulas etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced access skills (Build databases, create queries, design forms etc.)
- Comfortable building power points
- Desire to learn Alteryx and Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools

- Familiar with claim rework
- Understanding of ACAS, ECHS and EWM
- Familiar with SQL

Education
- High School diploma with equivalent work experience.
