About the Role
Title: Remote Senior AI Engineer,

What you’ll do:
The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our AI solutions, ensuring business requirements are met and in line with industry best practices. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $160,000.00 to $200,000.00.
- Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure Bot Service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain AI solutions, ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and scalable.
- Work with large datasets, utilizing Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Azure services, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure success metrics for AI projects.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
What you’ll need:
- Expert Artificial Intelligence knowledge, particularly using Microsoft Azure AI services
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or a similar language.
- Knowledge of machine learning
- Knowledge of Azure LogicApps
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Expert with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficient working with Visual Studio MVC environment.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker with a strong technical background.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting/debugging issues during the development lifecycle and use necessary tools to measure software quality/performance.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization as an adviser on system capabilities and business processes, and to act as the department’s principal spokesperson in areas of expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects.
- Ability to make sound decisions that have a significant impact on business operations and services.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, business requirements, work-related manuals, technical publications, and to make presentations in group settings.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
- 10 years experience in software development and architecture.
- 3 years in Microsoft Azure required.
- 1 year experience in AI particularly using Microsoft Azure AI services required.
- Certifications in Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or related fields are highly desirable.
