LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Adobe AEM Developer for a contract (remote) opportunity with our research client in downtown Chicago, IL!
The Sr. Adobe AEM Developer will:
- Design and develop robust and scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager in the Cloud.
- Implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with AEM and other relevant systems to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop custom workflows and connectors to optimize the use of Adobe Campaign for marketing automation.
- Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain high-quality code.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AEM and Adobe Campaign implementations.
- Optimize code and configurations for improved system efficiency.
- Create technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and best practice guides.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Adobe technologies, offering guidance and support.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years hands-on development experience in Adobe Experience Manager (Cloud) and Adobe Campaign. With 5+ years relevant experience overall.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Adobe certifications in AEM and Adobe Campaign are a plus.
- Algolia knowledge a plus.
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
