We are seeking a Scrum Master to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support team within the Materials & Structural Analysis Division. Candidate should be a highly motivated individual who thrives on the challenges of working in new environments with the latest technologies. Successful candidates should have strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills.

This position is located in Hillsboro, Oregon preferred, or remote US.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Scrum Master for the CRM support team
  • Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog refinement, etc.)
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to encourage adoption of good Agile practices
  • Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
  • Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks. Advance impediments appropriately as needed
  • Facilitate management of the Scrum team s dependencies between the team and third parties, release managers, or other Scrum teams
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology, and execution
  • Monitor and track the progress of agreed schedules and action items
  • Deep technical knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies (i.e. Certification in PPI Business System, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Business Transformation, Process Re-engineering, or another proven improvement methodology preferred.)

Required Qualifications

  • BS / BA degree or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve optimal performance
  • 3+ years experience working on Agile team as a scrum master
  • Experience leading Agile / Scrum adoption at the team level
  • Experience with Agile management tools such as Atlassian Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience on an Agile team supporting CRM systems; preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Skilled in problem solving, decision making and influencing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management and/or Agile/Scrum Industry Certification(s)
  • Understanding the value of delivering on release commitments made by a development team
  • Participation in industry Agile communities
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships across a large enterprise
