As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Business Systems Team, responsible for the administration of 550+ users utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Maps as well as integrations including Marketo, NetSuite, Conga, Planhat, and Outreach. We are seeking a creative, collaborative, self-starter to support process transformation and new feature adoption. You should love Salesforce and be excited to work with a top-notch team to maintain and innovate Salesforce and business processes where we can have the most impact. Thorough discovery and discussions with key stakeholders and end users are critical pieces of this role. You should possess the necessary knowledge to keep Salesforce optimized and efficiently maintained, as well as bring ideas to the table of new and creative ways to leverage Salesforce features and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical, project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and will be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Manage the Business Systems ticketing process by triaging tickets submitted by end users, perform discovery make recommendations, work on solutions with team, and document work.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and leaders to keep up to date with their internal processes
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Team on solutions, new feature usage, and business process changes.
  • Perform general maintenance including running internal diagnostic tools such as health check and optimize and make recommendations.
  • Configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including user management (roles, profiles, groups permission sets), object management, validation rules, Flows, workflows rules, process builder, dynamic pages and records.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Services leaders and teams to promote Salesforce best practices and improve processes
  • Support and improve Omni-Channel, email-to-case, queues, escalation rules.
  • Create curriculum and deliver monthly Salesforce new user trainings via Zoom or recorded.
  • Work on a variety of special projects related to Edmentum systems, tools, programs, and projects as assigned.
  • This includes requirement definition, system design, documentation, and testing.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required, additional Salesforce certifications a plus
  • 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Salesforce CPQ experience a plus
  • Conga Sign, Conga Composer, Conga Contracts for Salesforce or similar CLM or eSignature tool knowledge a plus
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Agile or Scrum experience a plus
  • Critical-thinking, on-the-fly solutioning, and proactive collaborating required
  • Experience using and implementing tools and technologies such as DemandTools, DataLoader, Rollup Helper
  • Comfortable working with highly customized Salesforce environments, with complex data models and integrations with other systems, such as Marketo, Conga, Planhat, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, decision-making, communication, and organization skills required.
  • Less than 10% travel; some weekend work to release updates to production
