As the Salesforce Administrator & Reporting Analyst you’ll play a vital role at Abarca Health. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

The fundamentals for the job…

  • Maintain the Salesforce platform, including audits, monitoring of user adoption, creation of best practices, manage licensing
  • Stay current on Salesforce new tools, capabilities and updates.
  • Develop training material, deliver user trainings and simplify for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Manage user support tickets
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Manage reporting and data analysis including creating reports in Tableau or Excel as needed by leadership

What we expect of you

The bold requirements…

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree. (In lieu of a degree, equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered).
  • Salesforce Admin Certification with Trailhead badges and/ or Super badges.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, sales and/or business development.
  • Experience as Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce product knowledge.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau and Excel.
  • Experience building relationships to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • We are proud to offer a flexible hybrid work model which will require certain on-site work days (Puerto Rico Location Only)

Nice to haves…

  • Experience in pharmacy benefit management and commercial background.
  • Experience and comfort with presentation and public speaking.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
