Title: Sales Compensation Manager

Why this role
As part of our People team, the Sales Compensation Manager will be responsible for the creation, execution, and operations of all Evolver variable incentive plans. Your focus will be on successfully partnering with our Property Acquisition team to align incentive plans to team goals and improve the Evolver experience. Our Total Rewards team is leading some exciting initiatives to enhance the Evolver Experience as we quickly scale, and you’ll be part of it!
What you’ll do
- Design all variable incentive compensation plans for our sales, owner onboarding, real estate, and revenue teams to drive strong performance and align to Evolve’s mission of sustainable growth.
- Improve the Evolver experience for all incentive-eligible teammates through the creation of incentive plan statements, clear communications and educational programs on how plans work.
- Find ways to automate the sales compensation process to #beefficent, including researching and possibly implementing a sales compensation platform.
- Calculate the outcome of commission and bonus plans monthly, quarterly, and annually using data from platforms such as Salesforce, Sisense and Workday.
- Intake all Evolver questions and resolve issues regarding variable incentive compensation with a hospitality mindset.
- Set an objective framework for decision making and create auditable processes and records.
- Form a strong partnership with the Sales Operations team and Property Acquisition leaders to gain a strong understanding of sales operations and continue to evolve compensation plan designs and monitor plan effectiveness as the business grows.
- Work with the FP&A team to define variable plan budgeting projections and ensure plans align to monthly Property Acquisition goals.
- Participate in sales compensation surveys and share analytics with Total Rewards leadership to help inform and ensure market competitiveness.
- Manage the recognition program for the Property Acquisition team.
- Ensure plans align to Evolve’s Total Rewards Philosophy by staying transparent, simple, and highly competitive.
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience designing, managing, and communicating commission and incentive plans
- CSCP certification preferred
- Working knowledge of all applicable regulations surrounding sales compensation, including federal, state and local laws.
- Able to make sound decisions independently and contribute to operational improvements.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical skills, including strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives.
- Self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $109,000-$125,000, depending on relevant experience.
