As the Sales Enablement Program Manager at Go1, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales teams. Your responsibilities will encompass designing and implementing a top-tier sales enablement program that equips our sales professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth and success.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with our Partner Success Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Integration teams to ignite new opportunities with strategic and Tier 1 Partners.
  • Academy Enhancement: Collaborate with our Partner Program Team, Operations, Product, and Partner Marketing to continuously enhance and maintain the Partner Academy, ensuring our partners have access to cutting-edge resources.
  • Impactful Contribution: You’ll have the chance to shape the trajectory of Go1’s sales success by developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy. Your work directly contributes to the achievement of our business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a SaaS sales, partner success environment
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate them into effective training programs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales enablement technology and tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-backed decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
