Retention Marketer
The Sage Group’s client, a beloved tech and delivery company, is looking for a CRM & Retention Marketer who will be responsible for creating and supporting customer engagement communications and programs on their premium delivery platform.
0In this role you will
- Create and execute CRM strategies targeted to early lifecycle & active customer segments
- Maintain and optimize existing campaigns & workflows for new and active audiences, including offer, cadence, and audience targeting testing
- Support end-to-end development and execution of cross-channel campaigns including email development and deployment from driving the creative and review process to building out and monitoring programs
- Analyze campaign results including promo performance and financial efficiency of campaign spend, and contribute to weekly performance reports
- Execute lightweight creative ideation & iteration (copywriting, photo selection) including creative optimizations
- Support the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels
- Maintain regular touchpoints with Premium Strategy & Operations, Merchandising, and Brand, and other brand Retention teams to identify learning and collaboration opportunities
- Be an integral part of a fun-loving, hard-working, and fast-growing Retention team
The ideal candidate brings:
- 2-3+ years’ experience in the email marketing, partner marketing, customer communications, and/or customer engagement space
- Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end-to-end
- Familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs & cross-client email best practices, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems; Iterable or HubSpot experience is ideal
- Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Duration: This is contract opportunity through end of the year with the likelihood of extending long term
