Team Overview:

A role within Enterprise Growth Initiatives means helping Target build beyond the core and create future focus for the organization. You will be part of a team of hybrid thinkers, actively leveraging each other’s skills and knowledge, with a bias to deliver timely business impact. From exploration to activation, you will accelerate and prove new concepts that differentiate the guest experience and generate new revenue streams. Whether exploring new business models designed to meet guest needs, engaging with start-ups with an aim on testing and accelerating their products or commercializing and integrating new growth back into the organization…you will ensure success by rapidly applying your expertise and fostering an entrepreneurial culture while leveraging the benefit of a large organization’s knowledge and resources.

Position Overview:

Manage, develop and optimize processes that support research operations including project intake, project management, recruiting processes, and managing research tools and platforms

Screen, identify, and manage guests, experts, and Team Members that will be inspiring and insightful participants for our research activities.

Manage research participant experience including screening, scheduling, logistics and incentives. Manage team schedules to coordinate interviews and debriefs.

Support the development of interview guides and help lead interviews.

Manage vendors contracts in partnership with procurement, security, and privacy. Ensure that our research and experiments are always aligned with the guidelines of the Privacy team.

Identify process, tools, and/or documentation that improve the operations of Growth research and experiments.

About You:

  • Genuine curiosity about people and experiences
  • Research operations skills including recruiting, managing research tools and platforms and research governance around consent, privacy and security
  • Strong project management skills – experience managing multiple projects at various stages in the project life cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking to a diverse group of people
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous training in UX, Design Research, or Qualitative Research
  • Ability to conduct interviews
  • Support the Conducting and synthesis of design research and UX projects
  • Comfort with ambiguity

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member worksfull-time from home oran alternatelocation that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $52,200 to $94,000.00 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
