Compensation Range: $28 – 35 per hour
Our client is looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to their bench for ad hoc projects. This person will be responsible for proofing links for new website creations, as well as testing links and proofing content on website to ensure everything is brand specific. This will be a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.
Ensure that deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
Ability to make minor updates to projects as needed.
Write clear, concise and complete feedback.
Assist in developing and maintaining QA documentation.
Coordinate with team members with the goal of reducing errors/issues.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors
3+ years of professional QA experience.
Familiarity with Jira.
Demonstrated knowledge of web usability and best practices.
Basic knowledge of web development, HTML5 and CSS3.
High attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines in a dynamic environment.
