NGEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of NGEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant dollars by focusing efforts under one enterprise network.

Job Summary:
Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to support End User delivery as one of the key members of the Seat Services team. The candidate will assign people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, and location.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish Enterprise travel plan for technicians that will be delivering seats across the US
  • Assist with vendor management
  • Assign desktop support technicians to seat delivery projects
  • Track open requisitions for reporting and metrics
  • Work with PMs to schedule site deployment dates
  • Assist with onboarding of vendor employees
  • Review and approve timecards and expenses for vendor employees

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Currently possess an active DoD SECRET security clearance, will consider candidates able to obtain an interim clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior related work experience. Will accept 6 years of related work experience in place of degree
  • Must demonstrate expertise in resource tracking systems
  • Must demonstrate expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay Range:

  • Pay Range $54,600.00 – $84,000.00 – $113,400.00
