The Role

Pantheon’s Professional Services team directly supports our largest and most strategic customers, helping them painlessly migrate onto our platform and derive immediate and ongoing value from working with us.

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team within Professional Services. As a Project Manager, your job is to ensure that our complex engagements are planned and delivered with the high quality and precision that our clients have come to expect from the PS team. You will be the glue that keeps clients, partners and internal resources working together efficiently and all stakeholders up to speed on the status, next steps, and timing.

Cool Stuff You’ll Do

  • Act as a communication point between the customer and the rest of the teams in the Pantheon organization for issues that block the successful completion of an engagement.
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders including the clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to constantly push the needle forward and ensure that we have a finger on the pulse of our clients’ needs.
  • Be a part of bringing new products and service offerings to market during our Limited Availability and Early Access Phases of product launch

What You Bring To The Table

  • BA or BS or equivalent experience in software project management
  • Experience managing multiple projects, or experience in a role working as a liaison between multiple customers and an internal team to solve problems.
  • Awesome communication skills both online and on calls
  • Conflict management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience resetting expectations and discussing scope
  • Can translate customer needs into tickets/comments for the rest of the PS team
  • Familiarity with Jira and Communication tools like Slack, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of project management.

Bonus Points For

  • PMP or CSM certification
  • Experience with Pantheon’s Platform or other Drupal/WordPress development/hosting platforms
  • Familiarity with the Drupal & WordPress development community
  • Technologies like php, html, css, javascript, git, drush, and more
  • Experience with continuous delivery, devops and agile workflows
  • Experience with accessibility, security or performance auditing
  • Experience with decoupled website architecture
