Project Manager Lead

As a project manager lead supporting the Corporate Treasury Project Management Office, you’ll work with project sponsors to manage large, complex treasury projects. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, communication, and management of the projects. You’ll also develop the project scope and objectives, share stakeholder analysis, and drive organizational change management. Additionally, you’ll lead teams to gather, test, and implement project requirements. #LI-Remote
This is a remote position with occasional travel into our corporate headquarters.
Must-have qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum nine years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery.
- [OR] Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience leading projects and project delivery
Preferred skills
- Proven project management experience including the ability to initiate and lead a project with little direction or supervision, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Familiar with industry standard project management principles (i.e PMP, Agile/Scrum methodologies)
- Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and collaborate with all levels in the organization, including senior business leaders, to obtain desired results.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including ability to conduct presentations, prepare documents, present recommendations, and write status reports
- Experience implementing new initiatives, projects and/or programs, including change management
