As a project manager in the Finance PMO, you will be responsible for helping and managing projects related to financial systems, while establishing project and program management methodologies
As a project manager, you will
– Apply knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet project goals.
– Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading high performing, often globally distributed teams.
– Remain current on project management standards and methodologies.
– Pull together and leverages project resources such as talent, materials, and budget, with support.
– Drive to understand and communicate how the project’s goals align to the business unit, functional area and/or company goals and strategies.
– Facilitate decision making without having the total picture by thoughtfully balancing risk and uncertainty.
– Develop a cohesive team committed to working together and completing the project to the best of their ability.
– Role models a positive and productive work environment, and coaches others to do the same.
Wed loveto hear from people with:
– 2+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
– 3 yrs managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
– 2+ yrs building and mentoring teams.
– 4 year degree preferred
