Our Technical Interview Content team is committed to the creation and testing of questions that are a part of the most predictive and fair technical interviews available to software engineering candidates.
What you will do
As a Project Manager at Karat, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of a variety of project scopes for our technical interview content development team. Working closely with Technical Program Managers, I/O Psychologists, and Content Development Engineers, you will ensure high-quality technical interview content is delivered on time and within budget, as well as identify areas where we can improve efficiencies in our development process.
- Determine and define project scope, milestones, budget, and timeline to deliver technical interview content in line with business requirements.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and work in partnership with external contractors.
The experience you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with project and task management tools
- Optionally, a project management-related certification, such as PMP
This is a full time, salaried position. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
Karat is a remote company with employees throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we are only considering individuals based in the United States.
