We are looking for a Project Manager (PMO) that will help us deliver outstanding Consulting projects in the Financial Messaging industry. As partners of SWIFT, the global payments network, our mission is to simplify and secure financial messages by leading an innovative transformation of the industry. The role holder will be managing all our implementation and support of SWIFT and our Managed Services projects!
Things you will do:
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Success team to create and maintain the department’ standards of procedures.
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritize tasks, and assign Financial Messaging Experts (FME) to various projects
- Establish capacity planning and manage project resources
- Meet with clients for kick-off presentations, projects progress, updates and answer their enquiries
- Oversee the projects implementation and ensure that FME are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards
- Follow up on clients’ tickets and requests with Financial Messaging Experts using Jira
- Create and maintain a documentation system to track and report different projects
- Assist in creating training materials for client users and other consultants
- Helps identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients

Things that you need to succeed on this job:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or similar
- 5+ years in Project Management
- Knowledge in the Financial Messaging Industry is a big plus
- Proficient in English
