Job Description:

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Oversee all planning, direction, coordination, and controls necessary to accomplish implementation, operations, and reporting activities effectively and efficiently in accordance with the contract
  • Provides Agile leadership, planning, scheduling, and reporting. Serves as the main point of contact for the Government, meeting regularly with FNCS and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage risks.
  • Provide and maintain a comprehensive and accurate program schedule that provides effective task management to ensure the optimal delivery
  • Perform quality control of all program deliverables.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports reflecting earned value management results, issues and risk register, operational status, and ongoing action items
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication across the team.
  • Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to junior staff
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely and accurate completion

Required Skills

  • A Project Management Professional certification, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or a certified and experienced Scrum Master is required
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, extensive experience with Visio
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan, organize and structure work
  • Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget.
  • Must have experience working in Agile teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • JIRA experience
  • ServiceNow experience

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience

Salary Range:

110k-130k
