Description
Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager for a 6+ month contract in the Greater Boston area.
This is a remote, 40-hour-per-work opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours.
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives and be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of various marketing projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.
- Formulate project budgets, monitor expenses closely, and provide regular budget updates and forecasts to management.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that line up with the company’s objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates and post-project evaluations.
- Identify potential stumbling blocks or concerns and strategize solutions to keep project timelines and budgeting on track.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, management, or related field
- Excellent project management skills
- Prior experience in the marketing field
- Extensive experience in budget management
- Familiarity with Workfront, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
