Ideal candidates are creative self-starters that are comfortable flexing between project management and day-to-day program operations responsibilities. This role will be responsible for partnering with leaders to plan and implement strategic initiatives and manage operational processes.
You will need solid interpersonal communication skills to build positive relationships, use tact in sensitive situations, and listen to various points of view. You will need the ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, collaborative environment with limited supervision; you must possess a high degree of self-motivation, versatility, and flexibility.

Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management (50%):
- Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document, and implement project and communication plans
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization’s strategic objectives
- Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
- Analyzes data and gather facts to improve operations and strategy through processes or systems
- Work closely with leadership and team to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes
- Prepare for and conduct presentations, kick off meetings, status updates, etc., including preparing appropriate agendas and meeting recaps
- Gain leadership and team trust by communicating effectively, facilitating discussions, working collaboratively, setting expectations, and acting responsively
Operations Management (50%)
- Plan, monitor, manage, and execute the day-to-day processes and operations of assigned program(s)
- Clarify and drive program commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability and communication by facilitating meetings with key stakeholders
- Use continuous improvement methods to develop, monitor, and recommend improvement to the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of operational processes, procedures, policies, and workflows
- Develop and maintain program specific documentation

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of project management administration experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for projects
- 2+ years of proven experience leveraging data to support the development of ongoing strategies
- 2+ years of experience in successfully delivering operational projects in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated change management experience
