You Will:
- Oversee project scope and schedule, keeping the team on track to meet deadlines
- Effectively communicate client needs, business goals, and strategic approach to the project team
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners
- Manage resources including designers, strategists, and copywriters
- Proactively identify and flag risks and obstacles so the team can effectively plan for them
- Communicate status of assigned accounts and projects to stakeholders
You Have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing projects
- Impeccable attention to detail and are highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
- Ability to be responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes (Wrike, Basecamp, Workamajig a plus)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, procedures, techniques, etc.
- Passion for quality design and innovation
- Experience with delivering digital projects, content management systems, and QA processes
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivated and proactive
