Project Manager, Strategic Programs
Position Summary
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects and initiatives for the organization. This role will be an integral part of the team managing complex projects across all areas of the business. Project types will be varied such as IT, change management, operations, and more.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mix of skills in project management, technology, and strategic business acumen. The role requires both deep project management and the ability to facilitate the deployment of solutions by mapping customer business problems to reusable, end-to-end technology solutions.
The Project Manager will apply the appropriate project management processes, techniques, and tools to facilitate meetings, define and track scope and schedule, manage risks, and obtain input or consensus across teams/departments.
This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Programs.
Location
For this remote position, there is a preference to hire candidates near either our Hamilton, NJ or Bedford, MA offices. We are happy to consider candidates who are able to travel to either of these locations approximately once per month.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in project/program management, requirements gathering, facilitation and needs analysis
- Understand and interpret the diverse issues and requirements of the business and how they align with the overall strategy
- Build, manage and support project and program schedules through planning, adherence to timelines and budget and issue/risk management
- Contribute and support detailed project management plans that enable the successful completion of all initiatives, decisions, and work
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to support tracking of issues and risks, helping assign owners and driving resolution in a timely fashion. Surface essential improvement needs, progress, and issues to the project team
- Update stakeholders on backlog and project status
- Coordinate with team to prioritize complex work, decisions, and timelines into a comprehensive plan with achievements and outcomes that align to larger transformation and strategic programs
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, business management or similar
- 2+ years of project management experience following formal methodologies and processes
- Relevant certification(s): PMI certified (PMP, PMI-ACP, or other), Lean Six Sigma or similar
- Working knowledge of the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Highly proficient user of MS Project, Project Online, MS Teams, MS Office suite, and other standard productivity tools
- Attention to detail, critical thinker, systems thinking and process-oriented
- Experience in process mapping and improvement

Compensation
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role may be eligible for a market competitive bonus upon accepted offer.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000
For this role, we are only considering candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States and who do not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
