Project Coordinator

Pay: $ 40-50/hr
Position 100% remote

Job Requirements

  • Work with internal client team and/or communication team to coordinate, schedule and track multiple communication projects simultaneously.
  • Primary liaison between internal clients and production design team.
  • Responsible for clearly communicating updates and changes to benefits-related materials to the design team based on information provided by the client and/or client team
  • Provide initial review of updates and changes to Word, PPT and/or InDesign materials to ensure proper grammar and accuracy of changes.
  • Manage projects with the design team to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Update daily status of all ongoing projects and inform internal team of all incoming job requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in communication, graphic design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently.
  • Ability to multi-task while working both independently and with a team.
  • Organized and follows consistent processes to ensure quality.
  • Experienced in graphic design/production process, copy editing and proofing with an eye for design.
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits and/or health care.
  • Exceptional computer skills with expertise in Word, Excel, PPT and InDesign.
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external clients.
  • Have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with print production.
  • Experience using Workfront Proof (ProofHQ)
