This Energy Company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team. You will report directly to the Director of Services. Your main tasks will include assisting our Customer Success Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, project requirements, client presentations, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
The job will also require performing detailed requirements analysis and troubleshooting, managing offshore teams, documenting processes, and communicating your findings to both internal team and customers. This role is contract, and then has the potential to go permanent.
We are primarily looking at candidates in the Atlanta area, but are open to any remote candidates with experience as a Project Coordinator dealing with software implementations. The pay is ranging from $23-$26 hourly while on contract. If you have a background in the tech or software industries with the required skill set, please apply!

- Project Lead or second to the project lead this should be customer facing type projects
- Analyst or Project Coordinator in software implementations

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring project deadlines and client needs are met
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Perform requirements gathering directly with customers to implement projects seamlessly
- Drive the customer support life cycle for onboarding, starting from analyzing the issues, finding the root cause, suggesting the solution and following through to the resolution of the issue in a timely manner
- Work with internal teams (U.S. and offshore) to ensure all tasks are completed timely
- Understand business requirements and develop a plan to execute internal/ external projects on time and within budget constraints
- Provide support to customer success managers with standard implementation and operational tasks
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Analyze software and software implementations

- Experience with software implementations
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in related field (Project Management)
- Must demonstrate strong experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
- Detail oriented with high degree of speed and accuracy
- Should possess aptitude to learn new technologies with strong flexibility and adaptability to the changing work environments
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must for both internal communication and customer-facing communication
- Well organized and the ability to self-manage and work with minimal guidance
- Must have solid analytical skills, troubleshooting skills and goal oriented
- Energetic team player that can work with minimal direction in startup environment
- Data coordination and software implementation experience
